"Through her vast knowledge of the culinary arts Ms. Salter is able to make her classroom come alive. He creative teaching practices have inspired her students as well as the rest of the campus. Her students are instrumental in providing their culinary service to our various athletic team for pre-game meals as well as to our faculty for appreciation breakfasts. She and her students are always receptive to assisting and the results are spectacular. Because of her attention to detail her students were chosen to provide the school board dinner for the NISD Superintendent.
